Amanda Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families. Through her coursework in Psychology at Furman University, she discovered her passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. Following college, Amanda earned a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Wake Forest University. During her time there, she completed internships at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and at Salem College, providing individual and family therapy to diverse populations.

Amanda began her post-graduate work in Greenville, SC working with children, adolescents, and their families addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. 

Amanda is passionate about helping her clients develop concrete and sustainable tools to cope with life’s stressors, seeking to uncover unhelpful patterns that have kept them stuck. Amanda addresses a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Ultimately, she considers counseling successful when her clients are empowered to realize their personal strengths and find a sense of well-being in their lives.
