I specialize in assisting neurodivergent youths and adults as they navigate their unique experiences and learn to integrate into society

While I work with children, I believe in the power of working specifically with parents as individuals as they work on the many layers of their identity and their own unique challenges that often go overlooked. Those grappling with self-judgement and doubt, people pleasing tendencies, emotional regulation challenges, and interpersonal difficulties often find a safe space. I extend a warm welcome to them while equipping them with techniques and coping skills to promote self-efficacy and confidence.

As an artist, I find joy in incorporating expressive mediums into therapeutic sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. I also strive to incorporate a multicultural perspective and look forward to collaborating with diverse cultural groups. Through this, I hope to foster a judgement free space to provide balance, challenge and growth.
Life is brimming with transitions, changes, and events. Alongside our own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, it can become quite crowded! Sorting through it all can be challenging when you’re on your own. That’s why I’m here—to provide a space where we can sit down together and untangle the clutter, one step at a time.
