INSURANCE AND FEES

We choose to not accept payment from insurance companies because we do not want insurance to direct the length or type of care we provide. However, we are considered to be an out-of-network provider, and your insurance may cover part or all of the cost of our services.
We can provide documentation to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits. Please note that we cannot guarantee that part or all of my services are covered by your insurance. It is your responsibility to submit documentation to the insurance provider if seeking reimbursement for services.

- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider? Does reimbursement depend on a separate out-of-netork deductible?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
