Healing Starts Here
At Atlanta Counseling Collective, we provide compassionate, results-driven therapy for children (ages 4+), teens, and adults. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, overcome emotional blocks, and build on personal strengths.
We offer a place for honest conversation and meaningful progress— we’re just as comfortable listening with empathy as we are offering clear, practical guidance. Whether you’re seeking support, direction, or both, we’re here to help you move forward.
What is Parent Coaching?
Practical Support for Confident, Connected Parenting
Parenting is one of the most rewarding—and challenging—roles we take on. Whether you’re navigating tantrums, teen defiance, screen time battles, or emotional outbursts, parent coaching provides personalized, nonjudgmental support to help you feel more confident and connected in your parenting journey.
At our practice, we offer evidence-informed parent coaching tailored to your family’s unique needs and values. Unlike therapy, parent coaching is a goal-oriented, skills-based process that equips you with tools to create more peace, cooperation, and understanding at home.
With parent coaching, you can learn how to:
-
Set clear, respectful boundaries without power struggles
-
Support your child’s emotional regulation and resilience
-
Improve communication and reduce daily conflict
-
Foster secure attachment and a stronger parent-child bond
-
Navigate transitions, school issues, and behavioral challenges with confidence
We support parents of children of all ages—from toddlers to teens—and offer specialized coaching for families facing ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, and more. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply want to be more intentional in your parenting, we’re here to help.
If you’re looking for parent coaching near you or want to learn how coaching can support your family’s growth, contact us today for a free consultation. You don’t have to do this alone—effective, compassionate parenting support is just a call away.
Video and phone sessions
Online counseling either through phone or video allows you to have therapy without the everyday hassle of trying to fit it in. After an in-person assessment, phone and video sessions may be a good option to reduce the logistical challenges of therapy.
